Team Dynamix Guide to Find Services and Access Ticketing Apps
Find Your Ticketing App in Team Dynamix
- Enter the Team Dynamix portal at http://nlc.teamdynamix.com
- Click Users and you will be asked to sign in using your NLC credentials (unless you already have).
- Click the blue waffle shaped item in the top left corner to pull open a list of ticketing apps that you have access to.For most, it should be a very short list.
- Click your desired ticketing app.Note, that if you’ve already entered a ticketing app, you will be able to see these on the top of your screen as shown below.
Finding Services in Team Dynamix
First, your manager may have sent you a specific link to a service or group of services. If you have this, it’s very easy and straight forward.
Otherwise, you will have to do it the old fashioned way…
- Enter the Team Dynamix portal at http://nlc.teamdynamix.com
- Click Client Portal.Make sure you sign in using your NLC credentials in the top right corner after you click “Client Portal”, as you will not be able to see some services if you don’t.
- Click Services (either of the areas highlighted in red will take you to the service Catalog)
- Within the Service Catalog, find the category of your service (there may be subcategories, so you may have to click another subcategory as well)
- Click the required service.
- Click Request Service.
