Group or Shared calendars do not sync to local calendar

- Open Outlook
- Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
- Select your email account and click “Change”
- Ensure the “Use Cached Exchange Mode” box is checked
- Click “More Settings” and go to the “Advanced” tab
- Make sure “Download shared folders” is selected
- Click “OK” to save changes
