Group or Shared calendars do not sync to local calendar

Open Outlook
Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
Select your email account and click “Change”
Ensure the “Use Cached Exchange Mode” box is checked
Click “More Settings” and go to the “Advanced” tab
Make sure “Download shared folders” is selected
Click “OK” to save changes
