How to See Cancelled and Closed Tickets in TeamDynamix

Summary

To see closed tickets, use the filter in the top left of the ticketing application.

Body

First, navigate to your ticketing application in TDNext.

On the left-hand side, select tickets.

Then, on the top-right corner, select the filter icon.

Navigate to the Current Status bar and expand the menu. By default, Closed, Cancelled and Resolved tickets are not displayed.

Select the ticket statuses you would like to see, such as closed and/or cancelled, and you will be able to see the selected statuses.
