Service Level Agreement
- Service: Ed Tech General Support Request (inquiries related to D2L, course content, and educational technology)
- Response Time: We commit to an initial response within 4 hours during normal business hours.
- Resolution Time: For straightforward issues such as access or navigation problems, expect a resolution within 1 business day. More complex requests involving course setup, content migration, or tool configuration may require up to 5 business days.
