Facilities

Information Technology

This section contains the service(s) under the IT department, where staff can request IT assets such as hardware, monitors, and specialized equipment through the IT Asset Request service. Users can also resolve IT-related issues including software, hardware, application, and account concerns with the IT Support Request service.

Student Housing

This section includes various forms that will assist with room changes, guest requests, vehicle parking and the student housing application for NLC student housing on Dawson Creek and Fort St. John campuses. Students have access to these forms which provides Student Housing Managers with day to day operations in housing.

Invigilation

This section contains the services under the Invigilation department, including requests for NLC instructors and staff to arrange invigilation, accommodations for students needing additional support during exams, and services for non-NLC students. It also includes a debrief form to be completed after each invigilated exam.
