The Website Changes Request service allows staff members to submit updates or corrections to the NLC website. Whether you need to post an event, upload a new document, fix a broken link, or request a major page update, this service helps ensure that the website remains current, accurate, and aligned with institutional goals.

Requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the desired deadline. A Communications Specialist will follow up with you after submission to confirm details and next steps.


 

  • Resolution Time:
    • Most standard website requests (e.g., event postings, document uploads, or simple text edits) are completed within 10 business days.
    • More complex changes, such as new pages or strategic content revisions, may take longer depending on workload and scope.
