Group or Shared calendars do not sync to local calendar

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
  3. Select your email account and click “Change”
  4. Ensure the “Use Cached Exchange Mode” box is checked
  5. Click “More Settings” and go to the “Advanced” tab
  6. Make sure “Download shared folders” is selected
  7. Click “OK” to save changes
